Nancy Higgins Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer Bechtel

Bechtel has announced  the company’s chief ethics and compliance officer will be a speaker at the European Business Ethics Forum (EBEF) this week in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Nancy Higgins will share best practices for earning managerial support of an organization’s ethics programs.

As a result, everyone knows ethical behavior is a must—there’s no room for compromise,” said Nancy Higgins, who has more than 20 years of experience in leading corporate ethics and compliance programs for international companies. “I am honored to speak at this forum. Sharing best practices is important for advancing ethical business practices globally.”

The EBEF brings together people who are responsible for the ethics, compliance, or business conduct programs within their organizations. In addition to sharing best practices, the group explores problems raised in doing business ethically.
