LexisNexis, a leading global provider of content-enabled workflow solutions, and MetricStream, a market leader in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions, today announced a strategic alliance to integrate LexisNexis regulatory and legislative intelligence with MetricStream's cloud-based content portal, GRCIntelligence.com.

Subscribers to LexisNexis content through GRCIntelligence.com will now have direct access to adopted regulations across 7,000 agencies and enacted legislations for all 50 States in the US and Congress through the portal. Subscribers will be able to leverage their MetricStream solutions to assess the impact of regulations, and seamlessly update policies, procedures, and internal controls to strengthen their organizations' regulatory compliance and corporate governance.

This content integrates with MetricStream's GRC platform through the GRCIntelligence application, and users can seamlessly access content as it is being compiled  from within their MetricStream solutions. GRCIntelligence.com was recently recognized as a winner at the 2014 GRC Technology Innovation Awards hosted by independent analyst firm GRC 20/20 Research.

The LexisNexis and MetricStream content integration will deliver regulatory intelligence to each subscriber's MetricStream GRC solution through alerts, notifications, and content updates. Users can then automatically trigger workflows to review the regulatory updates, determine their effect on policies and controls, notify the relevant stakeholders and identify action items.
